Sessions unfold on our private 12th-generation family farm: open fields, alpacas to feed, tractors to climb. No crowds. No stress. Just space to settle in and feel at home.

Like most parents, I’m juggling more than I ever thought possible.

Two young kids, a disabled parent, chronic pain, and the infinite hats of running a business and a farm.
